About Us

Elocap was founded in 1999 as a joint venture between the Norwegian company Elopak, one of the world’s leading suppliers of packaging systems for liquid fresh and long-life food products, and the Israeli Plastiv Group. Our closures are designed for carton packaging and bottles of fresh and aseptic products, as well as for hot-fill technologies.

Elocap’s expertise is achieved by combining Plastiv Group’s long-term experience in the plastics industry with Elopak’s vast know-how in carton packaging, intended for both traditional and evolving target markets.

In its effort to stay at the forefront of the closure market and meet emerging market demands, Elocap has expanded its activities and in 2006 opened a new production site in Luxemburg. This move together with the ability to combine sophisticated development and production processes of closures is part of our success in becoming a global closure manufacturer.

Elocap produces and supplies closures to Europe leading companies in the liquid food market, including Campina Dairies, Arla Foods, Delta Dairy, Tropicana, Coca-Cola, Pepsi-Co and many more.
